    William Lutz, Executive Director

    Bill holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Affairs and a Master of Public Administration Degree from Wright State University in Dayton. Bill also has his Certificate in Non-Profit Executive Leadership from the Lilly School of Philanthropy at Indiana University. Before assuming leadership of New Path, Bill served in the City of Piqua’s Community and Economic Development Department.. Bill lives in Troy with his wife Ashley and two children, Jackson and Charlotte.

    Chris Lundquist, Director of Clubhouse Ministries

    Chris Lundquist is the Director of Clubhouse. He is a devoted follower of Christ who has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Master’s Degree in School Administration along with two decades of experience working with children and families. He is committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for children to learn, grow, and thrive!

    Sherry Loschi, Director of Compassion Ministries

    Sherry began as a volunteer servant in the food pantry in 1998. Since 2000 Sherry Loschi has served as the outreach coordinator for New Path. Sherry’s deep passion for those in need of a hand up comes from her own past experiences of poverty. Sherry lives in Englewood with her husband Paul, they enjoy their blended family of 5 adult children and 5 grandchildren.

    Jim Dunkel, J. J.'s Furniture Ministry

    Jim has a passion to provide for those in desperate need, and as the part-time manager for JJ’s Furniture he is able to do just that. Jim served as a volunteer servant for four years at JJ’s Furniture and brings some special talents as a carpenter. He has served on four mission trips to New Orleans in restorative missions. Jim has also managed his own remodeling business for the last 25 years and is now remodeling lives.

    Linda Kremer, Finance Director

    Linda has been a part of the New Path team as our accountant since 2007. Linda has her B.S. in Accounting from Miami University and is a C.P.A. She brings many talents to New Path as she keeps track of donations, pays the bills, orders supplies, as well as administers payroll. Linda enjoys scrap booking, crocheting, reading and exercise. Linda enjoys using her strengths to further the mission of New Path. She and her husband are parents to four adult children. Linda also serves as manager of our GIVE Ministry in Covington.

    Amiee Beard, Tipp City Administrative Support

    Amiee Beard joined our staff in 2019 and serves as Administrative Support and works with us part-time. Amiee has volunteered with New Path and has helped with fundraising prior to her employment. She enjoys serving God at New Path and has 2 grown sons and 3 grandchildren. Amiee has been a resident of Troy for 36 years and loves her community.

    Meet the leaders that help guide New Path!

    Susan Westfall, Board Chair

    Susan is a nurse at the West Central Ohio Juvenile Detention Center in Troy and along with her husband, Wade, has a passion for historic property preservation and development. Susan is a proud parent and grandparent. Susan and her husband Wade live in downtown Troy. Susan joined our board in January 2020. Susan is also a member of Troy City Council.

    Sonia Holycross, Board Vice-Chair

    Sonia is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer in issues facing families in poverty and currently serves as a caseworker with the non-profit, Partners in Hope. Sonia is also a graduate of the Paul G. Duke Academy of Community Leadership at Edison State Community College. Sonia joined the New Path Board of Directors in January 2020.

    Kessa Poeppelman, Board Treasurer

    Kessa has been a member of Ginghamsburg since late 2010 and has served in many areas along the way. One of which is assisting in the sorting of the monthly food drive items here at New Path. Kessa is also currently a member of the Hospitality Ministry at the church. Kessa joined our board in October 2022.

    Carli Amlin, Board Member

    Carli is a well-respected realtor and community leader in Tipp City and has been part of the Ginghamsburg Church community as a child. Carli is passionate about foster parenting and issues dealing with poverty and under-resourced families. Carli has been a member of the New Path board since April 2024.

    Lisa Brown, Board Member

    Lisa has been a long-time friend of New Path, creating and serving with her family with special ministries at the Fort McKinley Campus of Ginghamsburg Church. She leaves east of Troy with her family on a small farm. Lisa joined the New Path Board in January 2022.

    Christina Roberts, Board Member

    Christina comes to New Path after serving on the Board of Directors of Clubhouse/Dreambuilders Group. In December 2023, both the New Path and Clubhouse/Dreambuilders Group merged and Christina was appointed to the New Path Board of Directors in January 2024.

    Jon Sears, Board Member

    Jon works at Fifth/Third Bank in Piqua and is very active in both the men's and youth and children's ministry programs at Ginghamsburg Church. Jon joined the New Path Board in January 2022.

    Jason Simister, Board Member

    Jason is the Facilities Director for Ginghamsburg Church and serves on the church's Executive Leadership Team. His role on our board is to be the liaison between New Path and Ginghamsburg Church. Jason joined the board in May 2022.

    Beth Taylor, Board Member

    Beth is the Executive Director of Community Rides, Inc. and grew up in Ginghamsburg Church. Beth currently resides in Troy and joined the New Path board in April of 2023.
